North Seattle Surgery Center accepts most insurance plans available in Western Washington, as well as many national plans.
Patients are responsible for the total charges of care and treatment they receive at North Seattle Surgery Center. In most cases, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits and will send the surgery center bill directly to the insurance company.

If the patients’ plans are not listed, please have them contact their insurance providers to determine what type of coverage, if any, is available for their procedures. Please note that although we participate with the insurance companies/networks listed below, procedures may not be covered under all plans or products they offer.
